Terms and Conditions for bookings at Vygenboomfontein Farm/Lodge

• 50% Deposit of accommodation booking to confirm, balance to be paid seven days of arrival in full
• Electronic fund transfer  payment
• Arrival from 11h00 and departure no later than 10h00
• A minimum group of 6 guests are required for a booking
• A minimum of two nights are required for a booking
• Cancellation:
  1 Month or more before arrival date – 15% of the deposit will be forfeited
  Less than 1 month before arrival – 50% of the deposit will be forfeited
• The signing of the indemnity on arrival is a prerequisite for admission to the property
• Payment of any outstanding balance will be payable on the premises 
• Limited internet facilities are available
